Sick days

Asthma sucks.

I think that should be the new slogan for the Asthma and Allergy Association. "Life Without Limits," their current slogan, is much nicer, sure......but ask any asthma sufferer which one he relates to most, and I'll be willing to bet mine wins by a landslide.

Seb was home Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of this week dealing with asthma problems. Fortunately, we got it under control, but I always have it in the back of my mind that it could always take a turn for the worse, especially during cold and flu season. He's gotten much better with the asthma as the years pass, thankfully. I keep hoping it will go away altogether as he gets older.

He's back at school today, although I'm sure he'd much rather be at home watching episodes of Twilight Zone with me and the Girl. yes, we are sci-fi nerds. proud of it, too. I'm just so glad he's finally back to himself.

But now I have no excuse for a mid-day siesta on the couch while Clemmie naps.

Dangit.
Bigtime bummer.

Hi, I'm Yoli and I found you through Latina Blogs. I'm a Latin single mom of 2 teen kids; working fulltime and crafting by night. I have asthma but not too bad. I'm glad that it wasn't anything serious and your son was back to school soon. It has been fun visiting around. God Bless You!

Yoli :)
