So I told IH that he could have anything he wanted for dinner last night--anything--even if I've never made it before, and what did he choose!? Albondigas! So, I haven't made this soup since last Christmas, and I wasn't entirely sure that I could pull it off, but surprise, surprise...I did! And I think they liked it;-)
The boys started cracking up over the pictures of the artists on the Blues Music Choice channel. I'm not sure why, but I'll bet it has something to do with my camera, and the automatic button behind their ears labeled "goofiness" that they press each and every time I bring it out.
...And between them both they licked the platter clean
It looks like cabbage soup, but I promise I added like, 7 lbs. of turkey, two bags of carrots, celery, and all the rest of the "secret ingredients." I won't give it away, Tina--promise!
Even Miss C got in on the action! Just kidding--but she sure looks cute pretending!
