Sugar, Sugar

I just came back from Tammy Coe bakery and bought 4 of the the little cuties on the left for $2.50 a pop. The Obama headquarters are right across the street, and it's been said that they'll go on over and buy all the Obama and McCain ones--just so no McPalin supporters get to have any. I thought that was pretty funny.

She has some amazing fondant masterpieces in her bakery---I am dying to learn how to make cakes like that. I just told IH last night that I really want to go to pastry school--it's only 6-12 months, and I would learn how to make cakes, cookies, chocolates, and the most coveted education of all--cake decorating!

I went to ABC Baking (supplies and such) prior to Tammy Coe's, and the snobby ladies that worked there didn't offer any help, so this upcoming week I will attempt to make my first ever three-layer-death-by-chocolate-cake for B-Boy's birthday all by myself and a little somethin' called the internet!
