Oh really? And are you sure that's mine?

This week has been so hectic. I've started painting again, which wouldn't be such a big deal if Thanksgiving weren't two days away. I love how I always manage to fill every inch of my day with to-do's.

Like today, for instance:

1. Get a new paint color because first one looks bright orange, not mustard. Bonus here: I get to see my Baby workin' while the paint's a mixin'. Sheesh...I unintentionally just sounded like Sarah Palin.
2. Take back broken baby car mirror because it doesn't play the music that was supposed to entertain Miss C in the backseat.
3. Blockbuster
4. Hold Miss C all day long because she's teething and will scream at any given moment. Yay!
5. Prepare my cookie dough--it has to be refrigerated for 24 hours. Who ever heard of that with chocolate chip cookies? They'd better be la bomba, Mr. Torres.

So here's my latest painting disaster:

Those damn swatches always fool me.

So in the eloquent words of our Dear President,

"Fool me once, shame on, shame on you. Fool me...you can't get fooled again."

Tomorrow this shall be fixed! And I will post for all to see that I really am not color blind.
