Me: "Do you know what kind of tree this is?"

ET: "Mmm...no."

Me: "It's a pine tree."

ET: "Awww...I knew that!"

Pause.

Me: "Do you know what kind of tree that one is?"

ET: "Mmm...no."

Me: "It's a palm tree!"

Pause. He spies another.

ET: "Hey, I know what kind of tree that one is!"

Me: "What kind?"

ET: "It's a normal tree!"

Speaking of trees, I want this one planted in my front yard where my dead ficus sits. I don't like the idea of a dead anything just standing in my front yard looking all wretched. It's not right. And besides, we need some pink outside to represent me and Miss C.

If that's not reason enough to plant this tree, I don't know what is,
