Geez

"Can I pleeeeeeeeeeze play on the computer? Sebbie gets to play Playstation and I can't."

"No, not right now."

15 seconds later...

"So can I?"

"Can you what?"

"Play on the computer?"

"Um...no."

Ethan is a funny boy. He can be very stubborn and persistent, two qualities that both amuse and exasperate me. Right now, his life revolves around Ben 10, Bakugon, and playing PS2. The last one is very limited right now due to the nuclear explosions he creates when he doesn't get to play when he wants (which is all the time). He squishes his nose, crosses his arms in front of him in an almost cartoon-like fashion and, as much as I hate to admit, it's actually quite endearing.

So, he's been a tough one lately, not only with the PS2 fixation, but he had a really bad cold this past week. Clemmie caught it, too, so it's been nothing but fun times and sleep-filled nights in our household ;-)! Poor Clemmie has had a fever on and off for a week now, and only today is she getting better. Thank God!

Of course, now it's Mama's turn! I woke up yesterday morning with a sore throat and it's developed into the wincing-while-swallowing sore throat. I know sore throats hurt...they all do, but I mean, this one really, really hurts. I've been trying all day long to look back there to find any white or red gunk, but it's so dark down there! Each time I stopped at a red light today I would use my cell phone flashlight to peer into the nastiness, and although I couldn't see much but a few red streaks, the drivers in front of me got a nice little show.

Being sick really stinks. Two of your babies being sick? Really, really stinks. Being sick along with your two babies while hubby was in Vegas? I need not say more.

(Good news: Sebbie isn't sick! (Knock on wood) and Sad news: I really miss my Baby.)
